There is certainly not an international archive of badly photographed gas-station hot dogs, a chart categorising wiener curvature, a genuinely fascinating history of a regional hot-dog tradition, or a print-at-home certificate declaring you a licensed wiener inspector.
Please stop asking about the folder.
We're not going to give you a date, and there's no box here to type your email into. This place gets added to when something is actually good and not before — which means it'll be quiet sometimes. That's the deal we made, and we intend to be irritating about keeping it.
